Editing Your Order

If you need to make changes to your ticket order, simply follow these steps:

  1. Visit our account management page.
  2. If it's your first time, click "Claim your account" and enter the email address used for your order.
  3. Check your email for activation instructions and set up a password.
  4. Log in, then head to the "TICKETS" tab on the navigation bar.
  5. Your orders will be listed here. Click "view details" on the order you wish to edit.
  6. Click the "edit" icon displayed with the green buttons.
  7. You can now change the date, time slot, ticket type, and/or add merchandise to your order.
  8. Any additional charges due to order changes will be processed accordingly.
  9. You'll receive your updated tickets via email. Please discard the original tickets as they will no longer be valid.

Please note. There is a $5 charge to edit an order.
