Botanica Flower Festival is a rain or shine event and so, we encourage you to check the weather forecast prior to your visit to ensure you dress appropriately.
If the weather forecast for your ticket day is not favorable, you may transfer your ticket to another day, see the instructions for completing a transfer Here: Transfer Tickets.
Please note, there is a charge to change the date of your visit.
Refund requests due to unfavorable weather will not be processed.
With that said, If the weather becomes unsafe for both our staff and guests, such as a thunder or lightning storm, we will make alternative arrangements for your tickets and contact you.
