If you need to make changes to your ticket order, simply follow these steps:
- Visit our account management page.
- If it's your first time, click "Claim your account" and enter the email address used for your order.
- Check your email for activation instructions and set up a password.
- Log in, then head to the "TICKETS" tab on the navigation bar.
- Your orders will be listed here. Click "view details" on the order you wish to edit.
- Click the "edit" icon displayed with the green buttons.
- You can now change the date, time slot, ticket type, and/or add merchandise to your order.
- Any additional charges due to order changes will be processed accordingly.
- You'll receive your updated tickets via email. Please discard the original tickets as they will no longer be valid.
Please note. There is a $5 charge to edit an order.
